HIIT boxing | Pt engaged in boxing circuit including front jabs, cross punches, hooks, and upper cuts combined w/ front kicks, side taps, and hip rotation to address standing act duration, coordination, and cardiovascular conditioning. Verbal prompt for pacing, posture, and safe weight shifts. Pt demonstrated decreased consistency in movement sequencing as intensity increased. Modified task complexity to maintain safety during multi-directional movement patterns. | ||
HIIT cardio | Pt engaged in seated cardio circuit including alternating elbow-to-knee, seated skiers, jump rope w/ high knees, and around-the-world steps. Provided pacing strategies, modified task sequence to manage cardiopulmonary demand, and cueing to maintain safe movement patterns. | ||
Isometric Shoulder Exercises | w/ wall pushes, static external rotation, and scapular squeeze to build strength w/out exacerbating pain. | ||
Non weight Bearing Exercises | w/ pendulum swings, table slides, and wand-assisted movements to activate and strengthen shoulder muscles. | ||
NU STEP | act to increase biofeedback in BLE, mimic reciprocal patterns, and overall strength. | ||
